The African extraction of the HVAC-R sector has begun
A member of the board of Directors of Frigoblock and Isib, who has explained the details of the project related to African countries, which were started several months ago by Isib, Levent Aydin, the following about the African extraction of the air conditioning sector Information: "Turkey's promotional group was created in a statement made by the Ministry in the past days. Exporters ' unions can also be given a budget in the event of creating a project, he said. We also prepared a project as Isib. We have created a programme covering 13 countries in Africa, the Asia Pacific region and South America. The purpose of this program; To provide mutual information, to educate and to develop relations related to commercial activities. The first of them was held in Tanzania on October 23-24. The event included 44 participants from 30 companies in total. Besides, 22 separate companies have made presentations there. The basic principle here is; was to describe a benefit, a product, or a technology, not the companies themselves. Of course, the logos were used during presentations, but no numerical information or publicity was given for the company. "
Levent Aydin: "We made only one country with Tanzania this year. But we will go to 4 different African countries in 2019 "
This project is 3 years old and is the 1st. Levent Aydin, stating that the year is about to be completed, said: "This year we made only one country with Tanzania. But in 2019 we will go to four other African countries. A beautiful part of the Tanzania organization that we organized this year was the inclusion of mechanical contractors and projects that are stakeholders of our own sector. We had six mechanical contractors, six projects and designer companies. 3 different lounges were rented at a 5-star hotel in Dar es Salaam. One of these halls is education, one is B2B interview, and one is the product display hall. On the evening of the first day of the 2-day training program, we were guests in our ambassador's own residence. A gala dinner was held for approximately 200 people. The invitations were sent on behalf of the Republic of Turkey. Because the great envoy represents the President there. This first event was demanded by our expectations and, in total, 275 Tanzanian firms were entertained in two days. The number of bilateral negotiations with these visitors was over 1,000. We have been to these countries for fairs and company visits, but there has never been such an organization for educational purposes. Before I started the program, I went to Tanzania and talked to the associations and investor organizations that were there to deal with us. We organized this organization with the approval of all. "
"While choosing among the companies that want to participate in this organization, we have also taken into consideration the needs of the region"
Participating companies in determining the points that they care about, Levent Aydin, "while choosing among the companies that want to participate in this organization, we also consider the needs of the region. For example There's a lot of mango in there, but they can't assess it. They asked how they could evaluate it. We also took another company that was not a member of our exporters ' union. This company told a process about the processing of mangoes and the making of dust. Another meeting came with a demand for irrigation. In this sense, we took it with us to tell one of the pump companies that are part of the HVAC-R sector. As in these examples, we have made 22 presentations in total. Next year we will have organizations related to Ghana, Nigeria, Algeria and Ethiopia, "he said.
"We have fully announced that the Turkish HVAC-R industry is going to Tanzania"
Levent Aydin participated in the following statements about participation fees and other important points: "In the organization of Tanzania, we demanded a participation fee of only 680 in participating companies. Under Normal circumstances, this amount does not even cover the airline fare. 15 days before this organization was organized, our newspaper ads and street advertisements began to run. So we have fully announced that the Turkish HVAC-R industry is going to Tanzania. Other than that, we have a second program that has been accepted by our Board of directors and started to work. When we look at the economic developments in the world, we see that Africa is in a very strong way. Because there are so many business branches that can be invested. That's why we took Africa as our focal point. Our goal is 30 countries with over 10 million inhabitants. The population in these 30 countries, the national income per capita, the direct flight possibility of Turkish Airlines, as well as whether or not the visa requirements in the last 2 years in the world, and how much air conditioning product received from Turkey and the Earth, according to the increase/decrease trend of research Did. We did a scoring by putting them all together, and we set the country order. Our first 15 countries have appeared. Now we will determine the trade fairs that interest the sector in these 15 countries. There are HVAC-R fairs which normally concern the entire air conditioning sector, but not all such fairs can be organized in all these countries. For this reason, we concentrated on fairs that interest a part of our sector, such as MA-kine or industry fairs, to go to these countries. We have created a fair Booth area module. We're taking an area of 144 square meters. We will find 8 companies in this area. In the midst of this area, Isib will have an area of 36 square meters. This will be used as a space for eating or chatting. We begin in February 2019. These organizations will also undertake the ISIB and very low budgets to be demanded in our companies. We will continue to carry our companies to new markets. "
