Frigo Block was founded in Istanbul in 1991. In the early years, he started his work with the representation of companies in developed countries and transformed it into production activities in the following years. Today, with its R & D unit and approximately 110 employees working in production, in Tekirdag factory with a closed area of 12,000 m2; The annual refrigeration group has reached the production capacity of 1,000,000 M2 Heat exchangers and has come to a position to deliver its products from Chile to New Zealand.

Frigo Block is among the most important players of our country in the industrial refrigeration sector. We are one of the leading companies in both domestic and export side. As Frigo Block family; We have a philosophy that aims to provide customer, labor and shareholder satisfaction at the same time. If you can benefit from these three components, you also benefit from your industry and country. I would say that this philosophy is the basis of the traits that distinguish us from our competitors. We produce hundreds of standard products in the field of industrial refrigeration as well as engineering studies to meet specific needs.
Together with our group companies, we offer industrial refrigeration solutions in the need of food facilities, sports facilities, logistics-storage sector and agriculture sector. We have our group in almost all projects that are non-standard in Turkey and require advanced engineering. If you need to give an example; We did the Snow Park project a few years ago. It was a closed ski resort in Istanbul and required a very serious engineering. We had an ice museum project. They couldn't keep it commercially, it was closed, but it was our project. Istanbul's first Olympic ice rink was our project. When you look at it, we see ourselves in many of the major projects that require both engineering and diversity. There is a state tender project that includes the preservation of medical equipment in rooms where we are currently conducting and we are carrying out a first in Turkey-80 °c. We have signed many projects abroad. We have finished projects in more than 60 countries. We can count projects such as Coca Cola Iraq, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan projects, 8,000 tons of logistics warehouses in Moscow, 10,000 tons of potato storage in Kazakhstan, all the cool rooms of the Sochi Olympics.

Can you tell me what happened to your recent investments?
We invest in a proprietary R & D center. We are the participants of the Dubai Turkish Trade Center as export oriented. We are creating sales and service points in and around the UAE. We aim to open a new market for ourselves in this region. We expanded the framework in our export oriented marketing efforts. We are continuing our efforts to create new sales points in the South America, Asia-Pacific and Africa region.
