Special safety instructions for refrigeration devices
–the parts that carry pressurized gas in industrial refrigeration devices are made of material that will withstand internal and external strain. There is no danger of Normal use. However, during installation, maintenance and adjustment, the impact of gas-carrying pipes, hoses and vessels reduces the safety of the machine. A compelling and destructive effect should not be made to these parts with tools and equipment.
-The appropriate connection shapes made during the maintenance, adjustment and installation of the cooling device should not be changed later. Interventions on the fasteners must be made in accordance with the connection shapes and the working principle of the machine.
-The structure and construction of cooling devices are designed to prevent direct and indirect contact with electrical components. It should not be contacted by the electrical wiring and parts. No changes or adjustments should be made to the electrical equipment of the devices. All electrical failures and adjustments must be made by authorised electrical technicians.
-Components and equipment in the design and production of refrigeration devices in accordance with the principles of efficiency and safety were selected. If the machine needs to replace defective parts in the maintenance, adjustment and installation, the defective original parts on the machines must be replaced with a new one. The use of different parts and equipment will reduce the safety and cooling of the machines.
-The lids and protectors of the cooling units should not be removed. Removing these preservatives and lids may cause unexpected risks.
-For the purpose of establishing a safety and precautionary mechanism in devices, to fulfill certain functions; There is a safety adjustment device built from the sensor, switch, button, contactor, relay and similar equipment. These safety settings and installations should not be disabled for any reason whatsoever. In case of malfunction, the original value must be replaced with a new one.
